• Convenient returns

    You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason. The shipping cost is on the side of the returner.

    The returned item cannot bear signs of use and must have the original tags and packaging. We do not accept cash on delivery. We do not accept letters sent via Poczta Polska. Keep the proof of sending the return.

  • Refund

    Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account. Typically, the process is finalized the next day. Refunds are made using the same method as payment for the order.

  • Exchanges

    Our store supports exchanges by returning products that do not fit. Send them back within 14 days of receiving the package. Then place a new order to ensure your selected items don't sell out.

  • Domestic delivery

    We ship via DPD courier for PLN 20 and InPost for PLN 18. InPost Paczkomaty cost PLN 15. Orders over PLN 400 are delivered for free.

    Cash on delivery is an additional fee of PLN 5 added automatically after your order is confirmed. It is possible to pay by card to the courier delivering.

  • International delivery

    Within the European Union, we ship via DPD courier for PLN 49. Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.

  • Secure payments

    You can pay for purchases in our store by express transfer or credit card via Przelewy24 (Viva Wallet Smart Checkout). It is possible to make a traditional transfer to our bank account or cash on delivery to the delivering courier. We issue a VAT invoice upon request.

  • Pre-order

    Hand-knitted wonders come to you straight from our knitters (so cool!). The processing time of your order is marked on the product card.

  • Made to order

    The product is made to order according to the specifications selected by the customer and is not subject to return or exchange.

  • Packaging

    We try to reuse boxes to ship orders. We do not use tissue paper or plastic and do not attach printed bills. Our warehouse stores accessories in collective boxes and clothes in recycled packaging.

  • Complaints

    You can complain about defective goods. Complete the complaint form and send it by e-mail to hi@millefamily.co along with photos of the product.
